• Invoices are issued on the 1st day of every month
• Charges are due before the 20th day of the month
• Accounts not paid in full by the 20th day of the month will be charged a $5 late fee
• Accounts not paid in full by the first day of the next month will be disconnected* and charged a $15 reconnection fee.

* If you are not on a currently advertised service plan when your service is disconnected you will need to choose a new service plan from the current offerings when you reconnect your service.
