BreezeAir Networks LLC Billing & Repair Policy
A recovery fee of $50 will be added to all accounts that are cancelled without paying their final bill
* If you are not on a currently advertised service plan when your service is disconnected you will need to choose a new service plan from the current offerings when you reconnect your service.
We do not issue partial refunds if you cancel your service after the current months bill has been paid.
General service calls for problems not caused by our equipment malfunctioning in some manner will be billed at $65 per hour. One hour Minimum.
If your fiber optic cable is cut or damaged in any way by the homeowner or a contractor hired by the homeowner, this includes oversized vehicles breaking aerial fiber optic cables, repairs will be billed at $85 per hour plus materials.
Some examples of material pricing are:
Fiber Optic Cable $1 per foot
Ethernet Cable .50 cents per foot
Fuel Surcharge .35 cents per mile.
