Billing & Repair Policy
Clear terms, no surprises
- Invoices are issued on the 1st day of every month.
- Charges are due by midnight on the 19th of the month.
- Accounts not paid in full by midnight on the 19th are charged a $5 late fee.
- Accounts not paid in full by 12 PM (noon) on the last day of the month will be disconnected and charged a $15 re-connection fee.
- A $50 recovery fee is added to any account cancelled without paying its final bill.
- Accounts disconnected 3 or more times for non-payment require a deposit equal to one month’s service before service is restored.
- Accounts that remain unpaid may be turned over to a professional debt-collection agency, and the account holder is responsible for any collection costs incurred.
